Scope: A late start and major changes in the electrical service requirements for this project created a challenge for the RADEC team. This eighty unit, up-scale apartment community had a groundbreaking in April with completion by Christmas of 1999. This project included all amenities, and as usual all requirements were met or exceeded by Radec Electric Corporation.


Scope: This project consisted of new construction of 146 residential units (patio homes, apartments and assisted living facility within a 31-acre development community owned and operated by Living Communities.

Scope: Being the first Babies ‘R’ Us superstore in the Rochester Metropolitan Area, both the owner and the General Contractor were looking for an electrical contractor who could seamlessly integrate the standard Babies ‘R’ Us national store plan along with local electrical codes and regulations. The Radec team was able to react to all customer/owner requirements while providing top-notch, experienced, professional workmanship ensuring yet another within budget, on time, Radec success story.


Scope: When Reeds/Jenss needed an electrical contractor for their new 13,000 square foot freestanding store in Amherst, New York, they chose Radec Electric Corporation. Involving installation of power, lighting and Data Tel/Com wiring, this upscale retail jewelry facility was completed in a mere five months. The combination of Radec quality workmanship, value and size made it all possible.


Scope: A phased renovation and expansion of an occupied beauty salon, spa, and retail space. Project included detailed lighting, millwork and finishes, and was completed without closing or even limiting services at the salon which is open 7 days/week.

Scope: When Davie Kaplan Chapman Braverman, Rochester’s largest locally owned accounting firm, moved into two floors of an existing midtown office building, they turned to The Radec team to provide design and installation of the critical Data Tel/Com system that their business depends on. Davie Kaplan clients have come to expect first-class service and that is exactly what they got from the installation provided by Radec. Over 140 data, 200 telcom, hubs, and connection devices were installed by qualified Radec personnel in a cost efficient and timely manner.


Scope: This prestigious law firm with headquarters in Rochester, New York, selected Radec to provide Data Tel/Com wiring in their new state-of-the-art facility, housed on the 10th, 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the Bausch and Lomb tower, located in downtown Rochester. Radec technicians maintained an aggressive schedule throughout the project and completed all work in less than seven weeks. With over 100 attorneys and 150 support staff, Harter Secrest & Emery is one of the largest and busiest law firms in upstate New York. Scope: This multi-million dollar project was a challenge, not only for the Radec Electric Corporation, but for the General Contractor as well. Taking an historical building that was once a Chevrolet Automobile Dealership and transforming it into luxury townhouses and apartments required maximum effort on each individual contractor’s part, as well as a firm commitment to a whole team approach in order to accomplish this difficult project.

Scope: Built in 1873 and designed by Jackson Warner, this building’s original purpose was the city of Rochester’s first school. Now, this 48,000 square foot, four story building has been renovated into 21 apartment units with mixed use retail space on the ground level.
