Any applicant who falsifies or omits information on the application may be disqualified from being hired. If the employee has been hired before the falsification or omission is discovered, he/she is subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
We base our hiring decisions on a variety of factors, including skills and ability to perform the job, prior employment with us, employment references as to character and willingness to accept the offered salary and scope of work, and a personal interview. Full-time employees are expected to work only for us and must state that they will not be employed by any other contractor while they work for us.

Current employees, past employees with good records, applicants recommended by current Radec Electric Supervisors, trade school interns or students completing trade school programs who are recommended by trade school instructors, referrals from EEO endorsed community agencies.
