Scope: Complete renovation of hotel facilities.
Scope: This multi-million dollar project was a challenge, not only for the Radec Electric Corporation, but for the General Contractor as well. Taking an historical building that was once a Chevrolet Automobile Dealership and transforming it into luxury townhouses and apartments required maximum effort on each individual contractor’s part, as well as a firm commitment to a whole team approach in order to accomplish this difficult project.
General Contractor: DGA Builders
