MICHELSON BUILDING APARTMENTS

Scope: Urban renewal renovation of an existing historic downtown industrial building into 40 multi-family apartment units totaling 50,000 square feet. Project was built using design/build approach for all mechanical and electrical systems.

DEPAUL – ROCHESTER VIEW APARTMENTS

Scope: Consisted of 61 handicap accessible/adaptable apartments for the deaf and hard of hearing. Features state of the art communication equipment and high-contrast visual design. Some of the unique features include bedrooms wired to allow for bed shakers in case of fire or other emergency, hard-wired strobe lighting for CO2 and fire alarms, lighted door alarms, video phone and video conferencing capability.

FAIRPORT APARTMENTS

Scope: Major rehabilitation of 14 buildings all originally built in 1972. Most of the buildings house the 104 1-bedroom senior apartments available. In addition to the apartment renovations, this project also included installation of new platform lifts and washers & dryers in all buildings, and a total renovation of the community building available to residents, which included expanding the kitchen facilities, the craft room, the library, and four bathrooms. The renovation was completed in August 2012.

ST. JOHN’S BRICKSTONE COMMUNITY

Scope: Phase I of this project consisted of resident townhomes and was completed in May 2012. Phase II included more residential units and 11,000 square feet of retail space and was completed in early 2014.

TRI-VETS APARTMENT COMMUNITY

Scope: A phased renovation project encompassing 3 separate apartment communities originally built to provide housing for returning WWII veterans. This project included 516 units in 53 buildings along with a separate office building and two support buildings. All units were remodeled and updated.

HOLY ROSARY

Scope: This project consisted of conversion of the Holy Rosary parish campus into a vital community center and 35 beautiful affordable housing apartments.

THE MILLS AT HIGH FALLS

Scope: New construction of 1- and 2-bedroom loft and townhome apartments in the heart of Downtown Rochester. Project also included construction of a club house for the residents of the facility.

UNION MEADOWS TOWNHOMES

Scope: This project consisted of new construction of 42 residential townhome units in 9 residential buildings and a community center and was completed in 2010.
